Do’s & Don’t’s of good lawn care:

DO water your lawn in the early morning. This prevents evaporation and allows water to penetrate the soil. We recommend watering deeply 3 times per week.

DO aerate! Aeration allows air, water and nutrients to penetrate roots, helping them grow deeper and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn.

DON'T mow your grass too low to the ground. Lawns with longer grass blades means deeper roots and are more likely to withstand drought and fight off pests and diseases. We recommend mowing at a 4” height.

DON'T water your lawn in the evening. A wet lawn at night is the perfect condition for fungus and diseases to grow.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS

Some properties have specialized needs, so we make customizable lawn care programs available to our customers! If you think your property might need something a little special, let us know!

AERATION

We recommend plug-type aeration in fall to provide a multitude of benefits to your lawn. Aeration provides many benefits for your lawn including breaking up clay, encouraging root growth, delivers more air, allows water and fertilizer closer to the root system, ensures ample water supply to the soil.
